This 1.5h workshop will provide you with key information on nutrients that you need pre-pregnancy, as well as during pregnancy, to ensure a healthy mama and healthy baby.
Nutritional and lifestyle recommendations will be also provided to help reduce the most common symptoms and ailments experienced during pregnancy including morning sickness, anemia, bladder infections, constipation, gas, heartburn, hemorrhoids, anemia, leg cramps, etc.
