Progress even further, moving from the basics of level 1 to more whole body, asymmetrical and functional pilates exercises, restoring core and building even more strength to assist you in your day to day.
Our small group classes focus on restoring abdominal wall, pelvic floor, core and whole body flexibility, mobility and strength through integrative mat Pilates work.
Collaboratively designed by women’s and pelvic health Physiotherapists and our Pilates Instructor, these weekly 1 hour classes will intentionally progress you over 6 weeks to restore optimal movement, control and strength for daily life as well as athletic or fitness goals.
This class is designed and safe for:
- all postpartum mama’s, whether 6 months or 5+ years.
- those with any concerns such as diastasis recti, core dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, etc.
- those who want to get stronger, move easier, and maintain abdominal/pelvic health.
While baby is welcome to join, we hope that you will be able to come independently so as to focus on yourself and garner all the benefits of the time you are putting in.
Classes are 1 hour and limited to 5 participants for more individual care. Classes may be covered by extended health insurance plans under Physiotherapy if you are currently under active care. For all outside patients, please have your referring Physio complete the form below.
