Prenatal preparation course focuses on relaxation in labour and teaches breathing techniques and coping strategies for labour to eliminate fears and anxieties, and build maternal confidence. -
Course is available in private or group setting. -
Consists of 5 sessions of 2.5 hours each and includes book, audio and handouts.
